We are super excited to announce location and NEW date for our next yearly Kundalini Yoga and Meditation Festival 2024.

What a perfect way to continue our festival journey. We leave the 5 elements and immerse ourselves now into the 5 sutras.
Sutras are words to live by. A sutra is a concise verse or complex spiritual concept reduced to a simple sentence that can be remembered, meditated upon, and later expounded upon by a spiritual teacher or sangat.
This festival we will be exploring the 1st sutra, recognise the other person is you, with a little twist. As the Aboriginal people say everything is you, the land, the trees, the rain, the sky, the oceans, the mountains, the birds, all animals, even the ants and worms. As we enter the age of Aquarius we need to recognise and embody this fundamental truth. there is no more important time than right now to remember that the creator and creation are one and the same. When we remember the other is me, then the harm, hurt, and suffering can finally stop.
