Gestalt / Yoga Therapy
Gestalt therapy is a relational approach to therapy. It focuses on the individual’s experience in the present moment, the therapist–client relationship, the environmental and social contexts of a person's life. It brings acceptance and deeper connection to self and others. Through greater self-awareness you create an embodied understanding of who you are and how you relate to others in the natural world.
Devpreet is a qualified Gestalt Therapist, having studied with The Relational Institute of Australia. She is also a Professional Level Kundalini yoga teacher, with over twelve years experience. Her one-on-one sessions focus on the use of breath as a healing tool, meditation, yoga and accessing the knowledge of the body, bringing awareness to the answers stored within. When we connect to the body, we can create a deeper connection with self and others through awareness and acceptance.
