Sat naam divine ji,

If you're reading this, you may have missed that I am away over June and July. I will be mostly out of range, off grid, walking the Camino De Santiago for 40 days. Then I imagine taking some much needed time out to recover in Europe somewhere.

Keeping the Kundi Spirit going!

Together, we have been creating some uplifting energy in our community Kundalini classes and we wanted to find a way to continue that healing work whilst I'm away. So, Level 1 teacher & Gestalt Therapist, Teg Ajeet from Coffs Harbour has bravely raised his hand to step in and hold space to keep the beautiful healing momentum we've been cultivating for self and the planet flowing.
