Yoga Nidra and Sound Immersion Workshop

Join Guru Devi and Sita Simran for a deep relaxation workshop into the world of Yoga Nidra. The workshop begins with some gentle movement, then you’ll settle in for an extended savasana. During this time a guided Nidra session and sound bath will be experienced, using various singing bowls, gongs and chimes.
