September New Moon Kundalini Yoga Workshop

1.45 hour class dedicated to New Moon intention setting, themes and energy. A light yoga set, heart opening mantra meditations.

The new moon is a fertile ground for new beginnings, a time to sow seeds of intention. When we chant we connect to the primal sound current (naad) and open ourselves to the universal flow. Chanting is joyous, heart opening experience and connects us to ourselves and to each other!

Eilish will introduce the themes of the specific New Moon, teach a short kundalini kriya, then we will chant, close and briefly share insights and questions.

I’m Eilish Bouchier. I help people become their most embodied and influential selves. I’ve helped thousands of people own and tell their stories and master their energy during my 30 years of design, branding and somatic work. Some have built successful and meaningful businesses and careers, others have co-created projects and communities. Each of them is driven to create impact and income, using their businesses and lives as a force for good. I discovered Kundalini yoga in 2010 and deeply felt I had found my daily practice. A year later I found my teacher and became one too.
