About the Event
Anthony is a reiki master, breathwork facilitator and a meditation teacher. He uses all three modalities to come back to Self and to bring the body back to balance, Anthony is currently training to be a Level 1 Kundalini teacher and will be teaching Kundalini early next year in 2023. He is very excited to continue the CHC Community Class until 10 October.
