Central Coast: Gong Healing Sound Shower

Come celebrate a special evening of deep healing and connection, with devpreet and Bella. 

We’ll be gathering on the full moon in Libra calling on the energy of Libra, to create harmony and balance within. Using the ancient sound of the gong, Kundalini yoga, and Osho meditation, we’ll move that stuck stagnant energy and open a space within your heart to enable you to find your own inner peace within. This full moon is a time to keep things simple and easy, and yet still finding a way of trusting and allowing your true self to shine through. Yogis have been using sound for healing for thousands of years and believe its a quick powerful tool to clear out the stress ab=anxiety and fears that stop us from living the best, happiest versions of ourselves. 

Everyone is welcome including beginners. If you can breath then this is for you.
