After a big day it can be easy to switch off and do the "things" that help us relax. These activities can be helpful to wind down, though when looked at they really are a distraction from the meaningful beauty that is hidden behind the walls of a congested mind.
Instead, today i decided to show up for myself. Rather than switching off and disconnecting, i logged into a live yoga class and practiced. Small in its reality though monumental in finding what was covering up my inner peace. The surface may look harmless, with work and home slowly blending into one. Cracks begin to appear in moments of stress and pressure to keep up with everything.
The buddha said drop by drop the bucket will be filled. This can work in both ways, either grinding away each day to wind down via a quick fix solution and neglecting the emerging cracks will eventually cause a collapse. On the other hand, it may be a little more effort at first, but making small efforts to turn up for your true Self in real lasting happiness over the quick fix solution can be all the difference. These little victories is what alters the neurotic pathways of the physical mind to see that we have a choice of how the bucket will be filled.

We will be connecting the subconscious mind with intuition. To uproot these habit patterns of the subconscious mind, where intuition acts like a sword to cut through delusion of mental lethargy/stress to anchor ourselves in a deeper nature of being.
