Fear holds us back and keeps us from reaching our full potential. Fear dominates our daily life for many of us in many ways, maybe you have anxiety or stress or possibly you just feel blocked in your life. Whatever it is there is a way through it.
A great way to remove fear is by working on the glands and organs and toning the nervous system. Having strong nerves gives you more strength than the biggest muscles on the planet. To have that balance, offers you confidence to be yourself, truly, with zest and flow, with true joy welling up from this natural alignment with your truth.

The thumbs-up was thought to of come from the Romain Empire era – when the gladiators would use it as a form of voting in the battles. Of course, it was beneficial if you received a thumbs-up opposed to a thumbs-down – just like we use it today to communicate between each other. Your warrior spirit can also dance to a thumbs-up mudra that will ignite energy and fill you with enthusiasm and vitality.
Commence the thumbs-up mudra meditation that ignites the Agni fire within for confidence:
Come into seat position - easy pose.
Close-down your eyes.
Focus at the third eye point (the point between your eyebrows).
Bring the left hand – palm facing upwards in-front of your heart center (position your hand under your breastbone.) The thumb and fingers are together.
Make a fist with your right hand. Point your thumb straight upwards. That’s it – give yourself the thumbs-up!
Bring the right hand to meet your left. Sit the right hand fist on top of the left hand palm. Right hand thumbs-up!
Inhale deeply and exhale fully – long deep breathing for 3 min.
Let your thoughts come and go. There is no need to follow your thoughts - let them be.
Do this meditation daily until we meet on the mat this Friday.
