Masterclass - Autumn Equinox - Staying Balanced through Change

Updated: Mar 9

During Autumn Equinox we experience the turning point of the seasons. It is a moment of perfect balance as we transition from warm Summer days into cooler Winter months.

We feel the sun’s intensity wane and nights grow longer. The sap of trees returns to roots deep in the earth, a process that changes the green of Summer to the fiery oranges, reds and golds of Autumn that fall to the Earth and crunch beneath our feet.

Here, we observe the cycle of our natural world moving towards a state of completion, or letting go, shedding what’s not needed to find perfect harmony.

As the world shifts and changes around us, so too can our inner state.

The light and dark sides of our personality can be illuminated, the balance between our outer identity and our hidden emotions can unravel - all aspects of the masculine and feminine seek the state of equilibrium that nature represents.

To move with the flow of our environment, we can turn our awareness inwards too. You can reflect on what has been, to reap what you have already sown, and find peace with life simply as it is - accepting all of the colourful transitions it brings.

It is time to clear out the deadwood, and let go of what you no longer need so that you can feel harmony within. This is the time to practice becoming steady through change.

This Autumn Equinox join Sarah and Goldy to balance the Yin and Yang energies of life and completely nourish your inner and outer worlds in a masterclass of Kundalini - Yin - Mantra on the 14th March 2021 @ 6.30pm.
